1. Regulating flow
The electronic expansion valve of central air conditioning controls the opening of the valve by sensing the change of the superheat of the refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporator through the temperature sensing package, so as to adjust the refrigerant flow into the evaporator, so that the refrigerant flow in the copper tube matches the heat load of the evaporator. When the heat load of the evaporator increases, the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the central air conditioning will also increase, that is, the refrigerant flow will also increase, otherwise, the refrigerant flow will decrease.
2. Control superheat
The electronic expansion valve of the central air conditioning has the function of controlling the superheat of the refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporator. This function of controlling the superheat can not only ensure the full utilization of the heat transfer area of the evaporator, but also prevent the compressor from being damaged by the liquid hammer during the suction, so that the central air conditioning compressor has a longer service life.
3. Throttling and depressurization
The electronic expansion valve of central air conditioning can change the saturated liquid of refrigerant at normal temperature and high pressure into the liquid of refrigerant at low temperature and low pressure and produce a little flash gas. The pressure is reduced, and then the purpose of heat absorption to the outside is realized, and the heat in the room can be accurately absorbed.
4. Control evaporation level
The electronic expansion valve of central air conditioning with liquid level control has the function of controlling the liquid level of the evaporator. Controlling the liquid level of the evaporator can not only ensure the full utilization of the heat transfer area of the evaporator, but also prevent the liquid with suction from reducing the superheat of the suction.
